The AuditGuardTM component of the BrandGuardTM Program focuses on identifying program deficiencies before they negatively impact your product. Your RMC Food Safety Specialist will conduct sanitation and GMP audits at regular intervals to help identify program deficiencies. Once deficiencies are identified, your Food Safety Specialist will provide recommended solutions to address them. Follow-up training is a critical element of the AuditGuardTM Program. Once program deficiencies are identified, it's imperative that food processing employees be educated on the proper procedural techniques that must be employed to address these deficiencies. Identifying deficiencies, recommending solutions, and training your employees, provide valuable solutions to your food safety issues.
