Environmentally preferable washes
Tex Lo VOC-50, a new and exciting answer for those printers trying to reduce VOC's, Tex Lo VOC-50 has the cleaning power of our traditional washes, without the greasy residue that is usually left on the blankets after most low VOC washes. This product is most effective by mixing with water, but it can be used straight. Also fine for most automatic blanket washes.

Water Miscible Washes
Tex 5101 (pronounced fifty-one-o-one) is our most popular blanket and roller wash. It is water miscible, and stays in suspension when diluted up to 30%. Tex 5101 was the original solvent emulsion wash and is patented for use in the printing industry.

While most customers use this wash in the heat set web market, it can certainly be used in the sheet fed and cold set markets. Tex 5101 is approved for Baldwin automatic blanket washes.

Tex 4699 (forty-six ninety nine): 's cadillac blanket wash, Tex 4699 is stable, mixed 50-50 with water for up to 24 hours. Its superior cleaning and water miscibility make this a popular choice for heat set printers. This can also be used in automatic blanket wash systems, or applied by hand.

Tex 99 is 's solution to cost effective blanket and roller wash, while still allowing for water miscibility. Remember, by allowing water to mix with solvent, the printer can more effectively clean paper and calcium deposits from their blankets and rollers.

Traditional Washes
Tex 3400 is an effective wash that is used straight. This product has diverse application, and is used in heat and cold set web, gravure and sheet fed plants. Containing no surfactants, this product can be distilled for those that recycle their wash.
