The FloorGuard® component of the BrandGuard® Program focuses on minimizing cross contamination between the plant floor and product contact surfaces. Regardless of how often you clean and sanitize the floor in your plant, the possibility of harmful microorganisms on your floor exist. Everything from employee foot traffic to forklift and pallet jack traffic contribute to contaminating the food processing plant floor.
Our FloorGuard Program addresses this risk in your plant from several different perspectives. Proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques, color-coded cleaning utensils, antimicrobial floor barrier sanitizing systems, traffic pattern design, and employee training all contribute to controlling cross contamination in your facility.
The FloorGuard Program utilizes an innovative antimicrobial floor barrier sanitizing system called DoorGuard which is designed to reduce cross contamination within a plant. The DoorGuard System will provide an antimicrobial barrier between raw and cooked processing areas, at employee entrances, and in warehouse areas.
