Accidental Death & Dismemberment - The Company provides a policy for you (one times your annual salary). You can purchase an additional policy for you, and your family, with a benefit of up to $400,000.

AFLAC - You have the opportunity to purchase Cancer, Accident and/or Supplemental Dental insurance through AFLAC.

- 401(k) - Rochester Midland offers the opportunity to plan for retirement with a 401(k) account
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - An annual discretionary allocation in the form of company stock may be provided.
