A Leader in Green Housekeeping for over 30 years.
Our comprehensive programs can help you clean for health, and improve your indoor air quality and the health and safety of your workers and building occupants.
Our programs focus on three major components to achieve these results – the right products, training, and tools to measure results.
With over 35 third party certified products, many containing industry leading biobased content, we offer complete solutions for cleaning challenges through a variety of dispensing system options.
But, certified products are only part of an effective green housekeeping program. Our Certified Green Housekeeping Professional training program, color and numeric coded application charts, green building audits, and application videos are just a few ways we ensure results are sustainable. Our LEED® Accredited Professionals can also help with your LEED EBOM certification process as well. Our sustainability measurement tools can help you benchmark your results to ensure goals are reached.
Our experience speaks for itself – offering biobased Enviro Care® products for over 30 years, two time co-recipients of the White House Closing the Circle Award, and winners of Best New Biobased Technology Award.

Certified Green Housekeeping Training
RMC’s Certified Green Housekeeping (CGH) Training Program is a necessary component to every building management program. It promotes health, safety, and environmental responsibility in the way cleaning services are performed.
Once a building comes to equilibrium, materials of construction have off-gassed and the HVAC system has been balanced, the single greatest controllable impact on the Green Building environment is housekeeping and maintenance.
Problems such as sick building syndrome are significantly impacted, and in many cases directly resulting from poor housekeeping and maintenance.
Our Certified Green Housekeeping Training Program is focused on educating supervisors, workers and contractors about cleaning for health, improving current cleaning standards, understanding green products and equipment, and identifying areas for improvement in a Green Building. After completing basic training and completing the required open book test administered by a Certified Green Housekeeping Professional, workers will be recognized as Recognized or Certified Green Housekeepers.
