Nicole Livingston is Vice President of Research & Development and Technology, where she leads the company’s Research & Development, Technology, Safety and Quality organizations.  In her role, she works closely with teams across the business to support innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of solutions that meet customer needs while supporting the company’s long-term growth. 

Nicole has been with the company for 18 years and brings experience across both technical and operational functions.  She began her career in Research & Development, building a strong foundation in science and product development before transitioning into Supply Chain leadership.  She has held roles supporting manufacturing and distribution operations, gaining valuable insight into the processes and people that help bring products from concept to customer.  She recently returned to lead the Research and Development organization, drawing on experience from both innovation and operations to support business priorities and team success.

Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from St. John Fisher College and later received an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.  She values continuous learning and believes that the best outcomes come from collaboration, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from others.

Throughout her career, Nicole has enjoyed working alongside talented colleagues to solve problems, improve processes, and develop practical solutions.  She is passionate about creating an environment where people can contribute their ideas and do their best work. 

Outside of work, Nicole’s greatest priority is her family.  As a mother, she values the time spent supporting, encouraging and learning alongside those she loves most.  They are at the center of her life and provide both perspective and motivation in everything she does.  Whether at home or at work, she believes strong relationships, trust, and supporting others are what matter most.
