Boiler maintenance through the winter season

The boiler in your building is a piece of equipment that provides heat for your building.  Boilers are pressurized systems that either burn fuel or use electricity to heat water that is used to provide heat in the building.  Some types of boilers use only hot water for heat, other boilers turn the water to steam.  The hot water or the steam is typically then circulated to a heat exchanger or to a coil or radiator which then disperses heat through-out the facility to keep your tenants comfortably warm.

Since boiler systems use water, and water can be scale forming and corrosive, it is necessary to treat the water to prevent damage to the boiler system.  By partnering with Rochester Midland Corporation, you can rest assured that your boiler heating system will operate at peak performance during the winter season. Our team of experts will work with you to develop a comprehensive boiler water treatment program that meets your needs.

As the holiday season approaches, we wish you a happy and comfortable winter season. If you have any questions or need assistance with your boiler system, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you keep your tenants warm and comfortable all winter long.
