Ali plays a central role in scaling the business through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions.

Ali brings a strong background in industrial water treatment, with a track record of consistently delivering double-digit growth across his areas of responsibility. He holds an MBA and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration and value creation. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that improved customer retention, expanded corporate accounts, and accelerated new business development across industries such as manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, and institutional facilities. Known for his structured, results-driven approach, Ali combines technical expertise with commercial strategy to drive measurable and sustainable business performance.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with his three children and wife, traveling, and playing golf. He is also a lifelong martial artist and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reflecting his commitment to discipline, resilience, and continuous improvement.
