Jim White is the CEO of Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC), a Peak Rock Capital portfolio company. With more than $150M in sales and more than 500 employees, RMC is a leading provider of food safety and water treatment chemicals and services to middle market manufacturers. At RMC, Jim is focused on building a culture of accountability, setting clear strategy, and leading the organization towards its next phase of growth – including scaling toward $200M through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

Jim brings decades of global executive leadership to RMC, with a career spanning B2B and B2C industries across more than 40 countries. He spent ten years at Ecolab, rising through regional President roles across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Throughout this time, he led business transformation and consistently delivered double-digit growth. He then served as COO at Libbey, a publicly traded company with $850M in sales. Most recently, Jim served as CEO of The Foodware Group, an Olympus Partners portfolio company, where he grew sales from $250M to $350M, EBITDA from $45M to $65M, and led a successful exit at 11x EBITDA – generating a 3x cash-on-cash return.

Outside of work, Jim has a passion for learning, experiencing new cultures and when possible 18 holes of golf. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 38 years and two adult children. Whether he’s going down a rabbit hole, connecting with people over unexpected common ground, or drawing on lessons from a childhood watching his father run a small-town jewelry business in Iowa, Jim leads with the belief that what you say and what you do is your brand.
