Lucas Kammerzell is Vice President of Supply Chain at Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC), a Peak Rock Capital portfolio company. He leads all aspects of the company’s supply chain and manufacturing operations, including procurement, planning, production, warehousing, and logistics across multiple facilities in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, Lucas is focused on building scalable, disciplined processes that improve service levels, reduce working capital, and drive cost efficiency as RMC continues its growth trajectory.

Lucas brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership across both B2B and consumer products environments. Prior to joining RMC, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Plymouth Tube, where he centralized procurement and planning functions, implemented a formal S&OP process, and delivered significant cost savings while reducing working capital by 20%. He also spent over a decade at Morton Salt in a series of senior leadership roles spanning supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing capabilities, and analytics, where he consistently improved service performance and drove multi-million-dollar cost reductions in a complex, SAP-enabled environment. Earlier in his career, Lucas held roles at Dow Chemical and Rohm and Haas, building a strong technical and operational foundation.

Lucas holds an MBA, earned cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, ability to translate strategy into execution, and for building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results in demanding environments.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Stephanie, have four children and a busy household that keeps life moving at a fast pace. He’s also often found walking or training the family’s two dogs, Wiggles and Sugar, who do their part to keep him active.
