The EPA has announced the Emerging Viral Pathogen Guidance policy is now in effect, which means that if a disinfectant has a kill claim against a similar virus, it is suitable for disinfection against 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) ...

The US Center for Disease Control’s 2019-nCoV information page recommends that people clean all frequently touched surfaces every day, as well as any surfaces that may have blood, body fluids and/or secretions or excretions on them. They suggest the use of a diluted bleach solution or a household disinfectant with label claims against human coronaviruses.
