October 1, 2020, Rochester, NY, — Rochester Midland Corporation announced today that its British subsidiary, Rochester Midland Ltd, on September 30th, had acquired Eaton Environmental Services, Ltd. (EES), located in Oxford, England.
RMC’s co-CEO, Bradley Calkins stated “EES is a high quality service organization in the water treatment business, with special strengths in Legionella treatment, and we are pleased to welcome its 47 employees to the Rochester Midland family.” Added Katherine Lindahl, Co-CEO, “EES has done a great job during the COVID crisis, growing their business in very difficult business conditions.”
